张超，助理研究员，中国社会科学院欧洲研究所。博士毕业于西班牙庞培法布拉大学（PompeuFabra University）。研究方向为环境政治、发展援助和中欧关系等。

张超曾先后在爱沙尼亚塔尔图大学、匈牙利中欧大学、布鲁塞尔欧洲亚洲研究所（European Institute for Asian Studies）、巴塞罗那亚洲之家（Casa Asia）等机构学习和工作。在《国际政治研究》、《现代国际关系》、《国际论坛》等学术期刊发表多篇论文，并在The Diplomat发表多篇评论。

ZHANG Chao

Assistant Professor, Institute of European Studies, CASS

Dr. ZHANG Chao is an associate professor at the Institute of European Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He obtained his Ph.D degree from PompeuFabra University (Barcelona) in 2017. His research interests lie in environmental politics, development aid, and China-EU relations.

Prior to joining the Institute of European Studies, he studied and worked at Tartu University (Estonia), Central European University (Hungary), European Institute for Asian Studies (Brussels) and Casa Asia (Barcelona). He has published articles at such journals as “The Journal of International Studies”, “Contemporary International Relations” and “International Forum”. In addition, he is also a regular contributor to “The Diplomat”.
