Former vice President & Research Professor of China Institute of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR).
Visiting scholar at Harvard Center for European Studies (1998-1999) & Department of Politics, Durham University, UK (2005). Prof. FENG received PhD at the Department of history in the University of Lancaster, UK. His research focuses on the EU, Sino-European relations, NATO, etc. He is author of many books and papers both in Chinese and English.
